Craig Jackson bought an I.R.S. from us last year, for his barn find The Green Hornet<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When Ford moved Shelby\nproduction to Detroit from L.A. they\nbuilt 2 coupe prototypes for the \u201968 production run.  The first was a red \u201967 with a dual\nsupercharged 428 Police Interceptor engine, and was known as Little Red. \n<\/strong>The second was known as The\nGreen Hornet<\/strong>, with black  spray on\ntop that looks like vinyl, candy apple green paint, a Conelec fuel injected 428\nmotor and a factory designed independent rear suspension (I.R.S.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Craig loves Shelbys, and is\nparticularly fond of rare Shelby prototypes.   <\/strong>He has found both of these cars.  The Hornet is complete, and Little Red is\nbeing restored as we speak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
